Steve and Jade’s wedding was celebrated with 75 of their nearest and dearest and was certainly a jam-packed day from start to finish.
It began with a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, where Jade wore an incredible ao dai (red dress), then it was a quick change into an elegant Badgley Mischka number and onto their epic location shots in New Acton and at the National Gallery, then finally finishing at their reception at Pialligo Estate.
And while everything was picturesque and perfect on the day, our favourite part has got to be when the DJ dropped the Backstreet Boys classic, “I Want It That Way,” and the whole wedding broke into an impromptu karaoke session, mics and all.
“Our photography sessions were SO FUN, all because our photographer, James, was the absolute biggest legend,” says Jade.
“We are certainly not a cool vogue-posing couple and James totally rolled with that vibe, so most of our favourite photos are of us cracking jokes and laughing. He was so chill, a super joker, and an unflappable professional at what he did, and that was really appreciated through a super busy day.”
Aw shucks thanks Jade! We think James in an absolute legend and one of the best.
