Back in May this year, our girl Hayley made her way over to Emu Bottom Homestead to photograph Emma and Matt’s autumnal DIY wedding.
We could get into the nitty gritty of it the day – like the emotional vows or the epic first dance – but we think we’ll just let Emma’s words do the talking…
“Hayley is a legend. We got along straight away, spending an hour on the phone the first time we chatted,” says Emma.
“She gave some direction to get certain shots but largely worked around us. It felt like I had a close friend at the wedding who happened to be an awesome photographer!”
“When the pictures came back Matt and I were so happy. The style was exactly what I had hoped for but, more importantly, Hayley had captured so many truly beautiful small moments. Matt and I went through them all together with a glass of wine in hand and it felt as though we re-lived every moment.”
