Gina and Gidon are a simple couple, who were intimidated by the thought of a wedding.

“We just wanted to be surrounded by our best,” says Gina.

And that they were, marrying with a heart-warming Jewish wedding at Poacher’s Pantry in Canberra, and looking like total “wedding-goals” in front of the camera.

The pair say their favourite moment on the day was when they first laid eyes on each other.

“We hadn’t seen each other for a week before the wedding,” says Gina.

“I was surrounded by all the women in my life and Gid was surrounded by all the men. We had like a procession where he was being sung towards me, then we saw each other for the first time…that was pretty cool.”

But our favourite moment was when Gina and Gid danced the Hora. At a Jewish wedding, the dancing is extremely important and we must say, they absolutely smashed it.
